  • The digital assets must not have been downloaded or used.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made more than 7 days ago or for products that have been downloaded or used.

  • The reason for your request

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
